For the winter Tinder Hearth hosts pizza in the barn on Friday and Saturday evenings, 4:30-8:00PM.

Some Saturdays will be special events rather than regular pizza nights — see our event line up and get tickets here.

Reservations are strongly encouraged, and are booked online here. We make wood-fired pizza with organic flours and local ingredients, with salad, apps, drinks, and dessert. Our menu changes weekly, and can be found here.

Reservations open on Mondays at 9AM each week, for that week. We do not offer reservations further in advance. Please make sure the size of your party is correct before finalizing your reservation.

We strongly recommend making reservations, as West Brooksville does not offer many (any?) alternative dining establishments.

That being said, WALK-INs are often possible during the winter months. Feel free to call us before heading over on a Friday night sans reservation, to check on the likelihood of there being a table for you!

To order TAKEOUT, please call us. During the winter we are often able to accommodate takeout orders placed during service on Friday evening, like a regular ol pizza joint. You can also call us in advance, to claim your takeout slot, starting on Tuesday morning each week.

What to bring?  Seating is in an uninsulated barn. We heat the barn with a very large woodstove and electric heaters, so the temperature in the space can vary—some tables are very warm! Some are cooler. We encourage everyone to wear layers!

What not to bring? No BYOB please, our license does not cover outside alcohol. And NO DOGS, please! We adore all the floofy friends, but unfortunately due to past problems we can only welcome service animals, including in the yard and gardens. Thank you.

Head’s up: the bakery is closed on Mondays--we are not able to answer phone calls on Mondays. If you need to contact us regarding your reservation, please send us an email at tinderhearth@gmail.com or call us during the week starting on Tuesday.

Tinder Hearth bakery is also open Wednesday and Saturday, 9AM-12PM, for baked goods, breakfast sandwiches, and coffee. No reservations are needed for the morning cafe.
